Ashleigh Gale is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and part of MTC Diet & Exercise team. She has previous experience in a hospital setting in both acute, rehabilitation and community-based environments dealing with a wide range of patient groups. Now she works in various general practice locations throughout Melbourne assisting patients with their health through educating, advising and meal plan development. There is quite a lot of information out there on diet, all which can become confusing and frustrating. She particular enjoys showing people what really does work, how &
why it works & importantly – the easiest way to get it done through a meal plan.

Ashleigh has experience in coaching in various sports and transfers that passion of assisting people achieve their goals into her dietetic practice, utilising evidence-based methods and up to date nutrition information to give patients the best opportunity to succeed. When not in clinic Ashleigh enjoys keeping fit, spending time socializing with friends, coaching and competing in calisthenics, and cheering on the Tigers at the MCG.

She has a particular interest in Weight Loss, Diabetes Management & Gut Health (IBS, dysmotility, diverticulitis, coeliac, food intolerance)

Other areas of nutrition she works with are: Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Food Allergies, Arthritis, PCOS, Fatty Liver and Metabolic Syndrome.

  • Masters of Dietetics
  • Member of Dietitians Association of Australia
  • Member of Sports Dietitians Australia

Referrals accepted :

Private, EPC/Care Plan, DVA, NDIS, TAC, Workcover.

Health insurance :

registered with all provider (must have extras with nutrition/diet)


Australians now eligible include everyone over 70, other healthcare workers, plus ATSI over 55

Adults of any age with underlying medical conditions which make them vulnerable to the virus are also on the list, and some high-risk workers including army and police.
